Head of People Ops to join our team. The team's mission is to align the People Strategy with business goals and build an environment where the People Ops team operates autonomously and effectively.

Example Responsibilities
✔
Strategic Alignment & Partnership
Ensure the People strategy fully aligns with the company's key business goals. Act as a strategic bridge: aggregate systemic challenges and translate them to the C-level for corporate-wide decision-making. Champion and justify global changes based on data and strategic vision.

Organizational Systems Design
Take responsibility for the architecture, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end people processes affecting the entire company. Organize the collaborative work of the People Ops team to build and seamlessly integrate these systems.

Team Coaching & Development
Mentor and develop the People Ops team, enhancing their strategic competence and partnership skills. Help specialists define clear strategies within their domains and ensure they have the resources for autonomous work.

Culture & Analytics
Conduct systemic analysis of key people metrics to identify bottlenecks and initiate global improvements. Provide transparent, analytically grounded reports on People metrics to all stakeholders.

Financial Management
Manage the People Ops team budget and the general budget allocated for people processes and initiatives.
