What we are looking for:

We’re seeking a QA Engineer for Keitaro.io The team is responsible for a wide range of tasks, including billing, landing pages, blog, referral system, and services integrated into the billing ecosystem. The team actively participates in cross-functional projects with other departments such as Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Data.

Tech stack:

Qase.io/TestRail, manual testing.

Key tasks:

✔

Conduct acceptance testing for changes.

✔

Perform manual regression testing.

✔

Write and maintain user scenarios and test cases in qase.io.

✔

Collaborate with the team on solution development and scenario planning.

✔

Make edits to user documentation.

✔

Process bug reports from other teams, assessing their priority and quality.

✔

Participate in the creation of a platform for regression testing automation in collaboration with the team.

✔

Maintain high localization quality.

Hard Skills:

✅

At least 3 years of experience in manual testing.

✅

Deep knowledge and experience in manual testing and testing methodologies.

✅

Experience with test management systems (qase.io, TestRail).

✅

Ability to write high-quality test cases and bug reports.

✅

Experience working within Scrum or Kanban methodologies is a plus.

✅

Experience with Playwright or a willingness to learn this tool will be an advantage.

Soft Skills:

✅

Ability to maintain transparency in processes and share information within the team.

✅

Skill in active participation in team discussions and brainstorming sessions.

✅

Proficiency in making decisions based on data and risk analysis.

✅

Flexibility in changing conditions.
